1. Children between ages 6 years and 19 years are eligible to become members

2. Parents must fill the complate Registration Form, based on which ID cards will be issued

3. Child/Parent must wear ID card/s during course of an activity

4. Considering the welfare of all, it is advisable that if a child is unwell or suffering from any contagious disease (e.g. Pink Eyes), the parent sends the child for an activity with a written note

5. It is recommended that high value personal belongings are not carried during on activity

6. We expect proper conduct and complete adherence to ground rules of an activity
